30.11_ O dark, dark, dark | Fotis Nikolaou, Wed 21:00 (70’)

Limassol Today - D.l 1 1

The architecture of a modern hell through an endless labyrinth that constantly becomes transformed, changing names and titles, as if a dream within a dream. A dark game of the mind that keeps us trapped in the company of our fears and weaknesses, away from life, away from light, immersing us into loneliness and inertia. A never-ending battle, a hand-to-hand combat with our darkness, a head-on collision with ourselves, a constant attempt to reach “nowhere”. Again and again. One labyrinth always leads to another. One nightmare always brings on the next one. Just like in dreams, we are being caught in a vicious circle, incapable of finding the thread that will lead us to the exit, to life itself. There where one will be able to find love anew, to fall in love anew, to dream anew, to desire anew. Created in the framework of ‘Terpsichore 2022’.Concept, choreography: Fotis Nikolaou

Tickets: € 15 / 10

*In the framework of ‘Weeks of the German Language 2022’, organised by the Embassy of Switzerland in Cyprus.
