1974 | Stefos Evripidou ltd established a company dedicated to manufacturing furniture, joinery works and bespoke timber products.
1990 | Stefos Evripidou ltd creates two new divisions. The contract division is one of the leading providers of contract furniture for the leisure, hospitality and developers industry. The solutions division is a provider of products and turn-key solutions for hotels card lock systems, minibars and bathroom amenities.
2001 | Stefos Evripidou ltd completed some of the largest retail and contract projects in Cyprus, establishing itself as one of the leaders in its field. The success marked the beginning of a collaboration with the world’s most renowned furniture and interior design firms.
2006 | ROOMS was launched with a showroom located in Limassol that covers 1500m2 of creative space supplying kitchens, doors, wardrobes, furniture, and accessories for retail and large-scale projects.

- Conceptual design. There is a great collection of products available for our sales team at our showroom. Combining our experience, creativity and original ideas in collaboration with your team, our team will come up with the impeccable design that will highlight the best of your space.
- Fabrics, materials & finishes. We give you the option of selecting the materials, fabrics and finishes. Pick out that particular shade of colour, the best matching material for your space, at the price that suits you.
- Shop drawings. Based on your guidelines and plans our in-house design team will collaborate with you to develop technical shop drawings based on your request and budget. Our team is always willing to assist you to decide on design, materials and finishes.
- Installation & positioning. We arrange the transfers and installation of the products for your space. Our team will position them in the best possible manner, focusing on the details that will accentuate their excellence.
ROOMS PROJECTS SERVICE
- We manage projects. With 45 years in the market, we can manage, monitor, manufacture and install products for any project regardless of its size by collaborating with developers, architects and interior designers.
- Bespoke furniture. We can provide bespoke furnishing options based on the architect and interior designer’s request that best suits their clients.
- Value engineering. Based on our team’s technical experience, we provide cost analysis for your project according to your client’s design guidelines and budget.
- Shop drawings. We create analytical shop drawings for you to ensure complete transparency across all collaborators of the project. After our site visit and the client’s approval, the shop drawings are created for better overall results of the project and better communication across all collaborators.
